Just like the last episode of Roxanne I imagine. The glue of the family gets lost it’s a real kick in the gut. I didn’t know real close loss till February 9th 2024 this year when my brother died in front of me. I was not ready for that kind of reality I’m still a mess! But I can also imagine the loss of a character that you play for 7-8 years. I’m sure it becomes a part of you so I often wonder how actors do it?! I’m a harsh person in person but I got a big heart.

Hearing the lack of laugh track behind adult Sheldon is both a blessing and a curse. It’s amazing how much more likeable he becomes without the forced laughter, hence why Young Sheldon was so good (among other reasons, of course).

When Sheldon and Amy talk about Penny babysitting is why Sheldon says that is why thier son Leonard wants to be an actor. First why is Penny babysitting Sheldon and Amy's son..doesn't Penny already have her own child to take care of with her husband Leonard Hofstadter? Sheldon actually naming his son "Leonard" Does this mean that Leonard Hofstadter is actually dead? Or did Sheldon name his son "Leonard" from his love of the late Leonard Nimoy?

Yeah, I was always worried that George Sr., who’s a great family man in “Young Sheldon” would inevitably cheat on Mary because that’s the lore from TBBT. It would have been so out of character for him as portrayed by the show to cheat.

Did he figure it out though? as the show is basically the enactment of his memiores... It would be nice if one day mary would clarify it to older sheldon?

I see Amy is still whining and nagging and miserable. She was great the first season she was on big bang but then she started changing. Instead of being a female Sheldon they turned her into a whining nagging pool of misery and ruined the show. Good riddence to her.
